Steve & Peg Castorani, Owners

Our vision for Gateway Garden Center is a plant lover’s paradise. This is the goal we all strive for and hope that you will discover. After graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Plant Science, Steve started Gateway Landscaping and then the Garden Center. Currently, Steve spends most of his time at North Creek Nurseries, which he co-founded with partner Dale Hendricks. Peg focuses on promotions and advertising when not in the garden center greeting customers.

Doris Quinn, Plant Buyer

Doris is in the coveted position of plant buyer for the Garden Center. Her passion for the unusual contributes to the great selection of plants you have to choose from.

Doris is a great gardener, and a true romancer of plants. She can point you in the direction of the best performers for your garden. Please let her know if you are looking to special order a cherrished plant.
